Rivers Agency is excited to share the news that we have earned the No. 6 spot on the Triangle Business Journal’s list of the largest advertising agencies in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill market.

Our Chapel Hill, N.C.-based, full-service advertising agency also was ranked No. 23 on the publication’s 2015 ranking of the area’s largest public relations firms. The Triangle Business Journal ranks agencies throughout the area based on the size of firms and the number of accounts they represent.

It’s an honor for us to be recognized for the third year in a row by the Triangle Business Journal, the area’s leading business information source. Our success and growth have always been driven by our staff’s passion and our clients’ trust. We all love the work that we do, and that enthusiasm and dedication set us apart from every other agency — in the Triangle and beyond.

Rivers Agency has been experiencing rapid growth during the past two years. In July of 2014, we moved into a sleek new office at 601 W. Rosemary Street, on the ground floor of the Greenbridge Condominiums near the UNC campus. The new location provides room for our rapidly expanding staff, which now totals 41, including 37 full-time ad professionals and four PR specialists. That represents an increase of 10 employees since 2014, another year in which our staff size also rose substantially.

Rivers currently serves more than 50 local and regional companies, including well-known names such as Capel Rugs, Cree, First Bank, Bassett Mirror Company and Carolina Meadows. New clients added recently include Lazzaro Leather and Crystorama Lighting. In addition, we work with a range of leading medical and health organizations and university departments in the area.

Rivers’ team offers a full range of marketing and communications services, from branding, print design and public relations to web design, mobile apps and television and video production. Recently, we were honored with a two prestigious Davey Awards for our creative design work on the CreeBulb.com and FoodLogiq.com websites. The Davey Awards honor the best web, design, video, advertising and mobile achievements of small agencies worldwide.

In addition, the inventive pop-up calendar that we created for Carolina Performing Arts’ 2014/15 season also was honored with a PICA Award, the premier symbol of excellence for the graphics industry in the Carolinas.

We expect to announce more big achievements in the year to come!
